OBJECTIVE I am a Mechanical Engineering student that is wanting to get some experience in the Rocket
Industry and am looking for an entry level Internship to start my career.

EDUCATION University of New Mexico Albuquerque, NM

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering May 2025
Area of Concentration: Propulsion

PROJECT Capstone Project - Test Cell for turboprop engines: Part of a 8 person team that is developing a test
EXPERIENCE cell for small turboprop engines form PBS Aerospace with the goal of being able to test whether or
not the engine is working as it should and if it is not being able to tell what is not working properly
so we can then send the engine back to PBS to fix it. The project was started in the fall of 2022 and-
is currently still on going.
EGR 201 Water Rocket Competition- Had to design and build a water rocket that could go as far as
possible while being as cheap as possible. This has taught me a lot about working in Solid works
and simulations to try and optimize the rocket to go as far as possible while still making it less
expensive.
EGR 101 Robot Competition – Ball Collecting Robot: Member of a 4 Person Team
Developed a working robot that could accomplish multiple tasks given design specifications with
constraints, using the engineering method, problem-solving skills, and iteration to develop project
design. I helped develop the robot design as well as building it. I also was in charge of the
documentations for our Engineering notebook.

HP 3D design print challenge- Member of a 4 Person Team that developed

a phone speaker that did not use electronics to work. Built in a
competition with given design specifications. Had to use the engineering
method, problem-solving skills, and iteration to develop the project
design. I was the project leader and helped with the design of the speaker
as well as coming up with the idea.

Level 1 Rocket Certification- I have built and launched my own hobby

rocket and got my level 1 NAR certification. I am currently working on
building my level 2 rocket for my level 2 certification as I have rolled my
own fiberglass body tube, 3D printed nose cone, fiberglass motor tube,
Aluminum fins with tip to tip carbon fiber overtop. My goal is to complete
assembling and launch this semester.
