01 Activating Your Hub
Account

First, please search for this email in the


account you registered with the
University. E.g. Search ‘Hub’ in your
inbox.

NOTE: If your agent created this email


for you, please ensure you have full
access.

01 Completing Your Hub Set-up

• Click ‘Complete account setup’ to reset your password .

• Enter your username – your BPP email address (you will have
received this in your Hub welcome email).

• If the username is blank, then please call the Student Support


Office as soon as possible 03300603100.

• A password reset email will be sent to your personal email


address (not your new BPP email). - please check your spam and
junk folders.

• Follow the link and on-screen instructions to create a new


password Contact IT if you have not received this email.

01 Completing Your Hub Set-up

It take approximately 10 minutes for


your password to register. Please
wait and then try and log in.

Login to the Hub at


www.bpp.com/account with your
BPP email and new password

Step 1: To access your Timetable and Email you MUST have access to your Hub
account first.
Access to set up the email is via the Hub; click on the Help & Support.

Step 2: Next, scroll until you find My Office365.

Step 3: Enter your username. This will be your BPP email address.
Enter your password. This will be the same password which you used to access the
Hub.

Step 4: Complete the additional security verification.
We recommend you choose Send me a code by text message

Step 5: You can click Yes to stay signed in, if you are using your own device.
Click ‘done’ to complete the security verification.

Step 6: Finally, you need to select your time zone – This must be the UK time zone

You will now have access to your BPP


emails and Outlook Calendar.
To access your timetable, click on the
calendar icon at the bottom.

Click on the event details


The name of the class will be at the top of the
event.
Here you can see the campus, the floor and
room number of the class
SB (BPP House) is the Campus
2.1 is floor 2, room 1

If this is not there, you may have a link for online classes – This will also be in the
event details – click the three horizonal lines to access it​

02 International arrivals survey

Students will be sent the International


arrivals survey via BPP email by the
arrivals team.
You are required to fill it in each time
there are changes in your journey plan.
You will stop receiving the survey once
you are in The UK. NOTE:
You have to notify BPP University as
soon as possible if your arrival to The
UK has been delayed and you will be at
risk of missing classes.

Step 1: In the hub click on My Account and then My Personal Details

Step 2: In My Personal Details, you can review your details. To edit them click on the
Edit button. This will open a form.

changes.)

02 Collecting your Student ID card
➢ It's very important that you have your Student ID on you
when you’re in centre

➢ So, you must collect it as soon as you can

➢ Come into centre when you arrive in the UK and ask one of our
friendly Engagement or Student Support Officers for your ID

➢ You must show them either your BRP or Passport as


identification

➢ You will then receive a lanyard and must always wear it when on
campus

Having your Student ID while on campus is a Visa requirement


which we must ensure is followed

04 You are required to have a laptop or computer

➢ Your terms and conditions state clearly that you will need a laptop or computer.

➢ If you cannot sit an assessment because you do not have a laptop, this will count as one of your sit
attempts and you will have to pay for your next resit.

get to centre

➢ All rooms have a QR code to check in with and


they look like this

➢ All you need to do is open your Hub App and


SCAN using the Check In button the App

➢ Some BPP workshops are hosted on
Microsoft Teams
- Click the link provided to join the session

➢ Option to either join the meeting through a


webpage, or to download the Teams app

➢ Option to enter your full name and enter


the meeting as a guest
- You do not need to log in or sign up for
an account

➢ Before joining the meeting, you will see


the screen shown to the right

➢ Please ensure your microphone is muted

05 How do I get my Student Oyster Card?
This will provide you with 30% off your transport to University! You can apply online at the TFL
website.

All you need to provide:


• Active BPP student email address
• Student enrolment ID from BPP
• London borough address
• Digital photo which must be a .jpg, .bmp or .gif file and less than 6MB.
• There is a £20 admin fee

Please be aware that you can only add funds to your Student Oyster Card online

Railcards cost £30 for 1 year & give 34% off Anytime, Off-Peak & Advance fares on all National
Rail train operators

• If you're under 26, there's a 16-25 Railcard


• If you're aged 26-30 (= under 31 years old) there's now a 26-30 Railcard

• Query type: Change to studies or personal details


• Sub query type: I need to change my personal details

Then let us know what your new telephone number and address is

06 How to submit a Query Form
1. Log in the Hub.
2. Click Help & Support.
3. Click Query Form.
4. Complete each section of the form.
5. Choose a Query Type and Sub Query most
suited to your query/need.
6. Use the Description Box to explain your
query/need in more detail.
7. If you have recently updated any information,
please let us know in the description box.
8. Press Submit.
9. You will get a notification sent to your BPP
email.

06 I need a letter from the University
You will be able to request a most letter via the Student Query form on your HUB

Query type: Letter Request


Sub query: Bank/Holiday/I would like a Council Tax letter/etc.

You only need to put through one request for each letter type. It may take some time for
certain letters, but we will get it to you
