ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

(COMPANY) business is to provide services in Marine & Industrial sectors. The organization recognizes that its
activities and services may have an impact on the environment. As a responsible organization COMPANY recognizes
that the protection of the environment forms part of its business undertakings. It is the Company’s belief that
managing the environmental implications of our activities is an integral part of the environment.

COMPANY management will develop and implement an Environmental Management system (EMS) in line with
requirements of ISO 14001:2015 Standard. The Company will display their commitment by :

 Ensuring compliance with relevant Legislations, Rules & Regulations and other applicable Legal
requirements in which COMPANY performs its business.
 Ensuring environmental issues are considered in the purchase of new equipment or technology and
introduction of new processes, services or facilities in order to minimize or prevent adverse impacts on the
environment.
 Identifying the hazards and risks arising due to our scope of activities and providing adequate control
measures to mitigate or minimize them.
 Preventing pollution and the unintended release of substances that could cause harm to air, water and land.
 Controlling noise, odor or any emissions arising from its activities to avoid and restrict the adverse impact to
other nearby businesses or nearby dwellings.
 Providing Training and awareness to our employees to manage and conduct their work activities in an
environmentally friendly manner.
 Conducting regular environmental assessments and audits of our sites & facilities in order to make
recommendations for continual improvement.
 Displaying and making the policy publicly available to all employees and interested parties.
 Requiring our suppliers and business partners to maintain the same high levels of environmental
performance.
