IV. Objectives:
-To host the “MR & MS YMCA Baguio-WFF 2022 Open Invitational Bodybuilding Competition”
-To promote a continuing interest towards natural health and fitness lifestyle among Body Builders in Baguio
-To maintain Natural Health and Fitness to combat Covid-19
-To create an opportunity for Male and Female Body Building enthusiasts to showcase their progress
-To observed minimum health protocols and safety during the entire program Competition
-To provide trophies and Cash incentives to the first Top three winners in each Category and Division
-To provide trophies to Top 3 to 6 winners
-To recognized ALL Participants with Certificates of Participation and Recognition

VI. GENERAL GUIDELINES & SAFETY PROTOCOLS:


VI.1. OPEN REGISTRATION: No Pay No Participation
VI.2. EACH CONSTESTANT or with MULTIPLE ENTRIES shall be allowed with ONE ASSISTANT
VI.3. BOTH CONTESTANT and ASSISTANT: Must Submit to Minimum Health & Safety Protocols, and maintain proper
social distancing throughout the event
VI.4. FULL Auditorium Capacity of 400 pax
VI.5. ALL contestants MUST USE STANDARD BODY BUILDING/PHYSIQUE/BIKINI FITNESS WEARS
VI.6. AUDIENCE must remain seated at all times and refrain from moving around the Auditorium
VI.7. Toilet Breaks is allowed in between “Event Categories”
VI.8. NO SHARING POLICY: bring your own Tanning Lotion, Bottled Water and Towel
VI.9. Assistants MUST Secure to keep his/her contestant’s personal belongings, YMCA shall not be liable for any
damage/s or loss/es
VI.10. Any PERSON with Body Temperature more than 37.4 °C shall not be allowed to enter
VI.11. ALL MUST REGISTER at the ENTRANCE and RECEIVED A STAMP before ENTERING
VI.12. “NO REGISTRATION AND NO STAMP”, NO ENTRY POLICY
VI.13. NO CONTESTANT/AUDIENCE IS ALLOWED to enter the AUDITORIUM under the influence of drugs or liquor
VI.14. The three (5) Judges Ratings are collected every after category and computed via AVERAGING
VI.15. Judge’s decision is Final, in case of a tie, the Chairperson of the Board of Judges breaks the tie
VI.16. Comparison between contestants is required only when there is a tie
VI.17. A Standard Score Card for judging shall be provided
VI.18. Contestants Must follow per Category and Weight Division
VI.19. Contestants and Assistant must sign and submit a waiver before participating in the Event

VII. MECHANICS & SAFETY PROTOCOLS:


VII.1. Contest Proper starts at 6:15 p.m. onwards
VII.2. The Contest is Executed per CATERGORY and DIVISION
VII.3. Contestants per Category must prepare ahead and be ready when his/her number is called
VII.4. Contestants Must Always wear the assigned Number
VII.5. A holding room per Category and Division shall be provided
VII.5. Contestants on Deck shall be prepared and be ready when his/her number is called
VII.6. Contestants Must Execute Four (4) Posing Sequence before the ‘8’ mandatory Poses:
FACE FRONT: -LEFT QUARTER TURN
-LEFT QUARTER TURN
-LEFT QUARTER TURN AND FACE FRONT
VII.7. Contestants Must Execute the required 8 mandatory poses for ‘5 seconds’ during judging.
VII.8. The 8 mandatory poses are FLEXED by each contestant after the word: “GO” or “POSE”

VII.8.B. DOUBLE LATISIMUS SPREAD
VII.8.C. SIDE CHEST POSE
VII.8.D. BACK DOUBLE BICEPS

VII.9. A momentary break is given to compute the FINAL SCORE
VII.10. AWARDING OF WINNERS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWS
VII.11. Contestants with more than One Entry shall go back to the holding room with the assistant and cue for the next
Event Category
VII.12. Contestants MUST AVOID touching or leaning to avoid contaminating walls and other surfaces
VII.13. In Case of Emergency “First Aid Volunteers” are on a stand by during the event
VII.14. Physique Category: Each Contestant is given One-Minute Posing Execution
