PROPOSED CEILING TILES
Square hatch denotes proposed areas to receive new suspended ceiling. Any existing
ceiling tiles or grids within these areas to be carefully stripped out and carted away. For
0 1 2 3 4 (metres) 5 ceiling tile type see drawing 012 Finishes Plan. New 600x600 LED lighting to all areas
of new suspended ceiling grid.

SHADOW BATTEN
38mm x 50mm shadow batten to be installed around perimeter, to be primed using
Dulux Trade Quick Drying Primer undercoat and finished with 2no. coats of Dulux
Satinwood, colour to be RAL7016 anthracite grey.

CEILING VOID
Contractor to identify any superfluous elements such as redundant
M&E/services/pipework/wiring/trunking etc. and carefully remove and cart away.
Builders clean and wipe down trusses and ledges to remove dust. Fire detection to be
installed to all ceiling voids.
