First basic understanding.

1. First Transfer CGI account to India. (Support-nepal@ustraveldocs.com)

2. Request late arrival later for university (Back-up is good for health)
3. Fill NEW DS-160 form. Location Indian any State
4. Update the DS-160 confirmation number to the existing CGI account.
5. Pay CGI/MRV fee (need to have Indian account, INR12,160) last known date July 26th, 2021
6. ONLY after payment is verified, a date can be selected (usually take 30m to 90m)
7. Select the date VAC and VI (In India VAC and VI comes in a different day)
Select VAC and VI locations SIMILAR.
(Eg. DO NOT select VAC on 1 Aug and VI on 20 Aug. Select VAC 1 and VI 2/3/4)
Why? Aug 1 to 20. 19 days a complete waste here
8. Apply for Emergency Application, EA option is ONLY enabled after selecting a date.
9. (If) approved, in CGI account you will see notification/mail about EA approval.
10. Now select the date again. (Normal date and EA date have least ±7 days different)
11. Select visa priority for Previously Refused (shown in the pic below)
12. For scheduling the appointment
a. You can re-schedule multiple times in normal/EA
b. You can change the pick-up location anytime needed
c. After EA Appointment confirmation NOW you can only change VAC destination
d. After EA Appointment confirmation you CANNOT change VI location
e. It is because that EA was from that selected LOCATION ONLY.
f. So, think multiple times before processing all the steps.

I got rejected from Nepal on (Month) (Day). Only NEW applications are prioritized here.
That is the reason I transfer my CGI account and pay my MRV fee from India.

Now, my program Starts from (day) (Month) 2021. I know my weakness here in Visa Interview
and now I am much confident and prepared.

I would like to request this emergency application and would much appreciate your kind concern
