Dear Mr. Chelton

As recently requested, and following our standard procedures, we submit for your
approval our service and fee proposal regarding the necessary advice for the application
of your student permit before the Spanish competent authorities electronically on your
behalf while you are legally in Spain ( in front of the Immigration Office )

I. LEGAL TEAM

1. Our proposal to advise in this matter includes the direct involvement of a working
team coordinated and directed by Ms. Aida Elias Soguero and Ms. Elena Fernández
, with 5 and a half years’ experience in civil law (immigration, inheritance, family,
matrimonial, real estate) and Immigration law and Ms. Lucía Lagunas, lawyer with
more than 7 years of experience, specialising in the Immigration Law & Real Estate
Law as well as of the Corporate/Commercial Law

II. FEES AND BILLING

1. The fees are calculated based on the time lawyers spend working on matters, their
experience, clients’ circumstances, and the degree of complexity and liability
involved. We would address our fee invoices to the individual identified in this
proposal and receive our professional advice.

2. However, based on the scope of our work described in Section I of this proposal, our
experience in similar situations, and the estimated time allocated to this kind of
matter, we propose the following estimation of fees in relation with the scope of the
services described in Section I, distributed as follows:

(i) 1 student authorization to apply for it electronically on your behalf at the


Immigration Office - legal fees: € 820.

(ii) Means of payment of the legal fees:

1. Once the proposal has been accepted: (100% up front): €820 (This
legal fee will not be refunded if the Client decides not to go ahead and
withdraw from the process or if the visa is refused).

2. Costs that are not included:

• sworn translations (we have a sworn translation in our law


firm) he will take care of the documents that need to be
translated into Spanish and you will pay directly to him.
• legalisation/apostille costs.
• Premium Spanish health insurance
• Possible Appeals.

3. We understand the time spent on the matter to be all the time lawyers dedicate to
it, whether in meetings (internal meetings or meetings with you), studying and
preparing documents, or holding telephone conversations, including any necessary
travelling.

4. We would separately invoice you expenses and any payments they make on your
account and in your name (e.g. legalisation fees, notary fees, consulate fees per applicant,

sworn translators fees, among others) and you are responsible for paying them and
not included in the scope of this proposal. However, managing and coordinating
with them is part of our scope of work.

III. INTERVENTION OF THIRD PARTIES AND OTHER ISSUES.

1. In certain circumstances and with prior agreement, the client will choose and hire public
notaries, or other professionals who may have to intervene in the matter or proceedings;
consequently, their fees are independent from and not included in the scope of this
proposal. We would forward you for payment the requests for provisions of funds
that those professionals send us when starting work.

IV. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EARLY TERMINATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL


ENGAGEMENT

1. The CLIENT may exercise, at any time and in writing, the right to freely withdraw
from this contract and dispense with the services of the LAWYER, although he/she
shall lose the fee for the professional services provided.

V. ARBITRAL CLAUSE

1. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this
fee proposal form, the parties express their willingness to attempt mediation and the
resolution of their discrepancies through CEMICAP (Mediation Centre of the Bar
Association of Pamplona), and failing this, they submit to the institutional arbitration
of the Arbitration Court of the Bar Association of Pamplona) which is entrusted with
the appointment of arbitrator or arbitrators and the administration of the arbitration,
in accordance with the TAMICAP Regulations in force.

VI. ACCEPTANCE

1. Following our standard procedure, if you approve this proposal, please sign and
return a copy of this document by email.

2. If you do not inform us otherwise, we consider that you authorize us to disclose our
involvement in the matter, but not information about it, which we would always
keep strictly confidential.

3. Also, to comply with current money-laundering regulations, please provide us with


a copy of our Compliance Questionnaire duly filled in, together with the necessary
documents supporting the declaring information.

4. This proposal is considered a quotation under Article 35 of the Code of Civil


Procedure.
