Subject: NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT ON LEGAL ADVISER/ASSISTANT

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Greetings!

The undersigned herein would like to inform the majority of my fellow board
of directors that I am appointing MR. JERSON G. MADRONA (legitimate
homeowners and member in good standing), to be my Volunteered Legal
Adviser, as I am confident and well informed on how he is deserved to be
my assistant. The appointment of the aforementioned person is in good faith
with no bad intention but to make sure that all of my actions are well binded
on the principles of law.

Such actions has no violations as it was my prerogative and personal


decision to appoint the aforesaid person. This letter is only to inform and
publish my intention without any hindrances.

This is also to inform in accordance with REPUBLIC ACT No. 9904 AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR A MAGNA CARTA FOR HOMEOWNERS AND HOMEOWNERS’
ASSOCIATIONS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES SECTION 16 TO WIT:

Section 16. Proxies. - Association members may vote in person or by proxy


in all meetings of members. Proxies shall be in writing, signed by the
member and filed before the scheduled meeting with the association
secretary. Unless otherwise provided in the proxy, it shall be valid only for
the meeting for which it is intended, No proxy shall be valid and effective for
a period longer than three (3) years at anyone time unless earlier revoked by
the member.

Therefore, with prerogative as legitimate board of director I hereby appoint


MR. JERSON MADRONA to be my proxy in all meetings that may occurred,
that I may not appear due to reasonable cause.

In the interest of law and in the principle of good morals.
