    In compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and
    Regulations (IRR) effective since September 8, 2016, I give consent to BASIC EDUCATION
    DEPARTMENT OF UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST- CALOOCAN to display/ post/ advertise
    materials that contain information of Ross Evan R. Felices of Grade 7-Masskara student of this
