Subject Wellness Allowance Reimbursement

Objective:

In today's rapidly evolving world, we, at Cimpress, understand that wellness is not restricted to physical health alone but
encompasses optimal health and overall well-being. The Organization aims at encouraging employees to reach their
wellness goals and to enable our employees achieve this, we are introducing a wholesome wellness allowance.

Eligibility & Terms:

- All Full-Time Employees of Cimpress India


- Employees are eligible for a reimbursement of wellness expenses incurred up to INR 10,000 annually in case of joining
a health club or enrolling/subscribing for a fitness activity through online/physical medium like Gym, Fitness Dance,
Sports, or similar activities or to buy any fitness related equipment.
- Employees have the flexibility to make multiple claims (as per the total cumulative eligibility limit) during the benefit
period. Duration from 01st April of the current year to 25th March of the next year is referred to as the benefit period.
- Given below is a list of categories under wellness that employees can refer to; however, these are just broad categories
for reference and employees can utilize the allowance to suit their wellness needs. We expect and trust that all
employees will judiciously spend the amount towards achieving their wellness goals.

* Reimbursement is subject to requisite perquisite tax as per the Income Tax Act.

Reimbursement process
- Employees shall claim reimbursement of the equipment through the reimbursement portal and support the claim along
with the soft copy of the original invoice/receipt.
- For bills submitted on or before the 15th of the month, the reimbursement will be done in the same month along with
the salary otherwise it will be done in the subsequent payroll cycle.
- All claims to be submitted on or before 4 weeks from the date of invoice or 25th March whichever is earlier post which
such claims will not be eligible for reimbursement.
- In case of any ambiguity in the documents submitted/equipment purchased, the decision of the HR team will be final
and abiding.

The Company reserves the right to amend/withdraw the benefit at any time without prior notice. For more queries,

Frequently Asked Questions:

1) Where do I submit my claims?

Employees can log-on to the reimbursement portal and submit the claims. Refer to the detailed step by step procedure
in the box folder.

2) Will any tax be levied on the amount of reimbursement?

Yes, Tax will be levied on the reimbursement amount.

3) What all information should the invoice include?

The Invoice should be in your name with invoice date, invoice number and period of subscription or claim mentioned.

4) Can I purchase/subscribe a product/program which is not part of the sample list of categories mentioned in the benefit?

The list mentioned above is only for reference and is not exhaustive. We expect and trust that all employees will
judiciously spend the amount based on their wellness needs. However, one should avoid purchase of medicines,
supplements or any consumable which should be consumed on the advice of a medical practitioner. In case of
ambiguity, the decision of HR team would be final and abiding.

5) Can the unused wellness allowance be carried forward to next year?

No, the benefit cannot be carried forward and the unused amount will lapse with the end of the Benefit Period.

6) Can I claim the reimbursement amount if I have resigned or serving notice period?

No, Employees’ who have resigned and are serving notice period are not eligible for the reimbursement.

7) I have wellness invoice dated 21st March, Can I within 4 weeks of invoice date?

This invoice needs to be submitted on or before 25th March (Policy Period End Date)
