between two or more people.

individuals. This can take
many forms, including face-to-

calls, emails, and video
conferences.
Public Communication Public communication is the
practice of dispersing a
message to the general
populace or to a specific
group using various tools
and methods. Some effective
tools used to communicate
with the public include radio,
newspaper, television, and
social media
Mass Communication Process of sharing
information with a large
audience. Mass
communication is
accomplished via mass media
that is, technology capable of
sending messages to great
numbers of people, many of
whom are unknown to the
sender
