COMFORTABLE

The last few months I got problems in my head and I feel uncomfortable doing a daily activity, maybe

some reason is the indicators. I think the main reason is I am not confident to speak or discuss in front

of people because of my hard feeling to someone, I'm too scared that someone thinks I'm stupid when

I'm talking to them whereas is only my hard feeling, so I started to change my habit because based on

what I watch in Youtube videos I found a lot of suggestions to be comfortable with yourself in any

situation.

My keyword to change my problems is “Be yourself not somebody else” and then I’ll go with this

way to make my comfortable zone. The first is to Mention something that’s been on my mind if your

want to talk to somebody while being yourself, it’s a good idea to start the conversation off with

something that’s been on your mind. This gives the other person a little idea of what you are like on

an everyday basis. Even when meeting someone you find attractive, a great opener to tell them is

something about what they’re wearing like their shoes or a hat they have on. Second, Talking to

Somebody New every day This can be the scariest task to do if you’re a naturally shy person but the

benefits that come with this task are remarkable. Over time as you start to talk to more and more

people daily, you will get more comfortable with being surrounded by different people. What you

learn is that the outcome isn’t as bad as you thought it would be, some people will talk back and some

people won’t it’s that simple. What you also realize is that you will have a natural connection with

some of those people, a connection that was made where you don’t have to try and be somebody

you’re not. So it is the way how can I get comfortable in my daily life.
