Read application. Perused the record. The defendant fails to

file say till today though application filed on 25.09.2019 and other side
received the copy of 30.12.2019. That means the defendant have no
objection. The suit is for partition. The plaintiff stated that it is
necessary to keep from where the amount were arrange to purchase the
property. It is necessary to amend for establishing the nucleus of the
property to purchase. Hence, the proposed amendment is necessary.
The plaintiff filed affidavit for examination in chief, but the cross­
examination is yet to be conducted. So, considering the nature of the
case, it is very material. Thus, this application deserves to be allowed.
Hence, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER

1. Application is allowed.

2. The plaintiff to carry the proposed amendment on

or before next date.

3. No order as to costs.
