Following your initial job offer, there will be many twists and turns in the hiring process before
your actual first day of work. Please read on to learn more about the required tasks and actions
that will be asked of you along the way…to ensure that your hire stays on track.

It is important to understand that there will be two separate Workday applications that you will be
interacting with during your hiring journey. Each module is independent of one another and requires a
different username and password for logging in to complete your assigned tasks.
PLEASE REMEMBER THIS USERNAME AND PASSWORD! You will need to log into the Applicant Portal multiple
times throughout the hiring process to complete assigned tasks, so remembering this password is a must!
While on our jobs website, please take some time to explore the many opportunities that exist at each of our park

If your skills and experience align to the requirements of the job(s) that you applied for, you will potentially be
contacted about meeting for an interview. This will give you the opportunity to put your best self forward,
demonstrate your skills and abilities, while also establishing connections with some of our park leaders and the People
& Organization (P&O) staff. 3

After accepting and signing our offer, you will be required to participate in a series of activities to provide
us with all information needed to finalize your employment. Please be aware that all offers are contingent
on successfully passing a background check and/or authorization to work in the United States.
HireRight will request some personal details from you in order to launch the background check. This request will
come as a separate email directly from HireRight.
Please be sure to provide all requested information to ensure that HireRight has what they need to complete the
background check quickly and effectively.
Please Note: Background checks are only required for those 18 years of age or older.
Following a successful background check, you must complete all activities found on the next several
pages (in the same order as they are listed) in order to fulfill your hiring requirements. Please try to
complete all these activities in a timely manner, so that your planned first day of work stays on-track.

To complete your employee profile, we will need to obtain a few extra pieces of information from you.
Once your background check is successfully completed, Workday will prompt you to update personal
information. Log onto your Applicant Portal at https://grpr.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/parques_reunidos
and go to My Tasks section. Click the link of the task and provide the following information:

Welcome to the Employee Portal!
After providing us with your personal information, you will receive your official Workday employee log-in
credentials within a few days. These credentials will be sent to your personal email address.
At this point, you should no longer need to go into the Applicant Portal unless you wish to apply for
another job with us at a later date.
One email will include your Workday username and the other will include a temporary password and link to
Workday.
Log in to Workday Employee Portal using the provided credentials and link. Once logged in, you will be prompted
to create a new password. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS USERNAME AND PASSWORD!

Once you have an active Workday Employee Portal, it is very important that you complete ALL assigned
onboarding tasks as soon as you possibly can. Please be aware that some of the onboarding tasks will not
show up until some of the other ones are completed; so, please continue to check your Workday Inbox
frequently to make sure you have completed everything.

There are several onboarding tasks that will need completed before your first day of employment.
Assigned tasks may vary between park locations, based on which state the park is located in.
The next several pages will provide you with some additional guidance on how to complete certain
onboarding tasks that are assigned to you. These are the tasks that will require more than just an e-
signature or checking a box to complete. Please review these pages carefully to ensure that you
understand how to successfully complete each of these assigned tasks.

Complete Federal Withholding Elections: This task is used to help our payroll team calculate the correct
amount of Federal taxes that you wish to have withheld from each paycheck. It is very important that
you review these options carefully, particularly if you have a working spouse and/or claim dependents.
Please consult a tax professional and/or IRS online resources if you need help determining which options
work best for your personal Federal tax situation. There are many online W-4 calculators and other
resources available to help you determine which tax elections are best for you.
Also, please keep in mind that any of these options can be adjusted later, by changing the same options
within your Workday profile. However, these changes will only be applied to future tax calculations.

entered correctly. Park P&O does not have the ability to verify bank account and routing number
accuracy; therefore, any mistakes made may delay payment to your account. So please be sure to take
an extra moment to ensure that the information that you entered is both accurate and complete!

Edit Government IDs: This task is used to obtain your social security number for recordkeeping and
employment authorization purposes. Please provide your correct social security number so the rest of
your hire process goes smoothly.

Complete Form I-9: As one of the final steps of your onboarding experience, you will be asked to
complete the first section of form I-9, which is used by Palace Entertainment to ensure that you are
authorized to work in the United States.

✓ The non-required fields (such as Middle Initial or Other Last Names Used) may be filled in at your
discretion.
✓ Even though it does not show as a required field, please be sure to add U.S. Social Security Number
✓ Please be sure that all information is accurate and truthful, as this is part of Federal compliance.
✓ If option 4 (Alien authorized to work) is selected, additional fields will need completed.
✓ If a preparer or translator was used to complete this form, there is a place to include their personal
information, as well.

As part of the I-9 verification process, you will be required to provide certain documents to your park’s P&O
team on or before your first day.

survey, which is the final step of onboarding.
