DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (GRESIK) [50309]

JOB SUMMARY :

Prepare and to get management approval for document control system for the project
Prepare document register and filing system for each area, discipline and vendor wise
Control all project technical documents from receiving, check transmittals, keyed in, distribute and documented from every vendors, contractors and suppliers (both soft copies and hard
copies)
Verify the documents are received correctly numbered and revision status as per the approve document control system
Ensure all transmittal (sending and receiving) are correctly managed
Prepare periodical reports of document status for management

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

Education: Min. Diploma Degree in Engineering major


Language: English Communicative Level
Experience: More than 2 years as Document Controller/Project Admin or related position in construction industry
Must be able to operate Primavera system
