QSR PROPOSAL FOR THE YEAR

Christmas is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus

Christ. It is also a period of giving, feasting, and thanksgiving.
As a business, it is the time of the year where we celebrate and
appreciate our customers one way or the other.

THE PLAN:
1. There will be Christmas decorations in all the outlets.

2. We have a tradition of giving out souvenirs to our customers, and this

year, we will also do that, no matter how little the number of souvenirs
we will get, we will give out something.
With the current inflation rate, one will say it's going to be difficult
getting something of value for less.
The idea is to give out 10 items daily in each outlet for possibly 14 days.
The giveaway time will be 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm, and 8 pm (2
hours interval).
Our P.R.O’s will get customers to write their names on the receipt at
the giveaway time, and make them drop the receipts in the dip, she will
also shake it and get any customer to pick one receipt, any name that is
picked wins a gift immediately. This is a way to create some fun and
engage our customers.
The dip will be done every two hours for 6 times daily to give out 10
items.

3. There will be a meal combo with a discounted price that will run for
the whole of December.

4. Lastly, we will be giving back to society on Christmas day and New

Year's Day with the tag “SMILE WITH THE RODINIA ". The target is
to feed 300 kids in Asaba on Christmas day and 300 kids in Warri on
New Year’s Day in the slum area.
For feeding the 300 kids with food and drinks, we will partner with
some suppliers to make some contributions. This will reduce the cost of
the meal preparation as each supplier's contribution will go a long way.
Each pack will contain a plate of Jollof rice, sizeable beef, and one bottle
of solo pet.
The aim of giving back to society on Christmas day and New Year’s Day
is because it is a memorable day.
The children in the slum will have the memory of The Rodinia feeding
them for free in a particular Christmas Day (Those memories linger for
long). It is also an avenue for more publicity of our brand, and taking
care of the welfare of our community.

Your suggestions, contributions and corrections will be highly

appreciated.

Thank you.
