LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Jocet Generalao a Filipino citizen, of legal age married born on the 27th
of August 1997 , a resident of Brgy. Awa New Leyte, Prosperidad , Agusan Del
Sur , being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under
undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare and proclaim
this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language
which I am well conversant. And I hereby declare that:

I. I desire that should I die, it is my wish to be buried according to the rites of the
Roman Catholic Church and and buried at Prosperidad Public Cemetery,
Prosperidad , Agusan del Sur.

II. To my beloved husband Nico Pano , I give and bequeath my House and lot in
the Carmela Home, Bayugan City,Agusan del Sur amounting to P 3,000,000.00

III. To my eldest child, Roy G.Pano, I give and bequeath my House and beach
resort in Barobo , Agusan del Sur amounting to P 3,000,000.00

IV. To my second child, Michelle Jane G. Pano , I give and bequeath my car and

Tagayan Store in Prosperidad ,Agusan del Sur amounting to P 3,000,000.00.

V. To my three Brothers , Jolito Generalao, EJ Generalao , and

Niel Generalao, I give them P1,000,000.00 each.

VI. To Charity Caring Hearts Society, I give them P1,000,000.00.

VII. To my Uncle, Cardo Generalao, I give a P1,000,000.00.
