while showcasing the expected financial and operations over the next three years. The Mombasa Bay shore is a
Mombasa based corporation that will provide rental spaces for customers with boats and yachts as well as
boat/yacht maintenance services to customers in its targeted market.

The name of the business will be MOMBASA BAYSHORE located in Mombasa Kenya, along MAMA Ngina
and likoni river It will offers services like Rental space for customers with boats and yacht as well as maintenance
services.

MARKETING PLAN
Using all relevant media, implement specific marketing efforts to help achieve strategic planning goals and
improve communications within the district and the customers. Example of marketing strategic is credit card in
which will contain 10% discount and also Communicate regularly & clearly with district residents.
CHAPTER THREE
ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN
The business will have two to five employees on staff that will wash and care for all boats docked, the management
team will comprises about 11 employees with 36% of revenue.
CHAPTER FOUR
OPERATIONAL AND PRODUCTION PLAN
The business may also contract (or hire in house) a boat/yacht mechanic that can perform simple to moderately
complex mechanical repair also the company will formulate some strategies to deal with factor affecting operation
