CILIOPHORA

 Blepharisma – Large ciliate with divided marcronucleus.

 Euplotes eurystomus (Demonstration only)


- Special sliver line stain clearly shows the fine morphological details
of this ciliate.

 Paramecium caudatum

 Paramecium in Conjugation

 Stentor – Trompet-shaped spirotrich. Large Marcronucleus appears in the form


of a long chain of beads.

 Vorticella – Petrichous ciliate, contractile stalk and band-shaped nucleus.
