    scholars, offered under your esteemed leadership and guidance as mayor of our beloved municipality of
    Borbon.
    I'm JOHN MHYCO AYTONA, a first-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in
    Information Technology (BSIT) at the University of the Visayas.

    I reside in Poblacion, Borbon, Cebu. If you would consider me to be one of your scholars, it
    would greatly benefit my academic career. Rest certain that I will do everything within my power to
    achieve my goal of finishing college, to make my parents, who did their best to provide for my future, a
