    Sir:

    Warmest greetings!
    I am Leslie A. Adina of Barangay Dariwdiw, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte, a first year student
    of BS in Information Technology of the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) Batac
    Campus. I am the daughter of Leonardo Adina who is a farmer and Shirley Adina who is
    a barangay health worker.
    I am writing this letter with reference to the scholarship program being offered to college
    students by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte. With due respect, I would like to
    apply for the said scholarship, specifically, academic scholarship. My goal is to graduate
    college and meet success in the future but my family may not have the capacity to fully
    support my endeavors as a student.
    As an aspirant student, it will be a great honor to become one of your college scholars
    as this will help me in my studies and my future career. Attached herewith are the required
    documents and certification for your perusal.
