I am writing this letter of recommendation relating to the time I spent with Ms. Angela Santiago while
she was a student at Hilliard Darby High School shadowing me and members of my staff at DWL
Architects.

Ms. Santiago visited our office weekly between September through December 2023 through a
mentorship opportunity offered by the school to gain an understanding of potential future career
opportunities. During our time together, she was always prompt with her time and was eager to learn
about the practice of architecture, our ongoing projects, and any other information that may be helpful
to her in the future. Ms. Santiago always came with a great attitude and was always willing to learn and
ask questions. She worked to establish and achieve goals set through the class to better prepare herself
for a potential future in Architecture.

While our time together was brief, Ms. Santiago displayed the characteristics of a potentially great
