PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
In 2008 I completed my master’s degree in Interior Architecture at the University of
Pretoria. As part of my dissertation, I attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago,
through an institutional exchange program. Thereafter, I gained extensive experience as
a Senior Interior Architect from renowned architecture and interior design firms. My
responsibilities included the realization of projects, from concept initiation, technical
documentation, coordination, and site implementation. During this time, I was

LANGUAGE successively promoted from Interior Architect, Project Coordinator to Senior Interior
Architect with my ensuing role as Lead Designer, where my expertise came to fruition in
strategic planning, conceptual development, spatial design, and client interface. A
English notable project from my portfolio includes the head offices of the Department of
Environmental Affairs (DEA). This building received a 6 Star Green Star SA Office Design
Afrikaans v1 certification from the Green Building Council Africa (GBCA), it also received the first
Interiors award from SAPOA. In 2014, I established White Box Design and successfully
ran my own Interior Design consultancy before Growthpoint invited me to join their team
as Senior Manager, heading up the Workplace Strategy and Design division. This
platform gave me an opportunity to entrench workplace solutions on a much wider
scale and be exposed to the latest trends in high performance workspaces, globally.
May 2019 Broll Property Group asked me to join Cushman & Wakefield | Broll Occupier
Services Cluster as Head of Workplace Consulting. Subsequently we registered Internal
Developers (Pty) Ltd to which I was promoted as Managing Director in April 2020.

In 2006 I was selected as first runner up in the Eskom Energy Efficient Lighting
Design competition for a product-design entry (Luminaire: Stanley). Subsequently, I
was featured in the 29th edition of VISI magazine.
Also, in 2006 I was selected as a top ten finalist in the PG BISON Student Design
Awards, with the focus on conceptual and product-design. (Kiosk: C.U.R.E) •
During 2008, in aid of conceptual research for my master’s dissertation; I was invited
to study at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago for one semester as part of an
international institutional exchange program.
In 2012 I was interviewed by SA Property Review as a prospective designer in the
built environment as Interior Design representative of Boogertman + Partners
Interiors.
June/July 2017 GLA magazine featured my career to date and launching
Growthpoint’s: Thriving Workspaces, the new way of working.
October 2017 I presented Workplace Strategy: the experiential, next generation
workspace at Work 2.0 Africa conference.
August 2018 SAPOA invited me as a member on the Innovative Excellence Awards
Committee.
August 2018, I was voted as a regional nominee at the SA Woman in Property
Awards in the category PROFFESIONAL OF THE YEAR: PRIVATE SECTOR as awarded
by the Woman’s Property Network.
October 2018, I presented Growhtpoint’s sustainable Green Box solution, at the 11th
Green Building Counsel of South Africa Conference.
2019 – 2021, I spoke on various digital platforms that include for CoreNet Global
which include Hybrid Way of Working, Why return to the Workplace? and The
Psychology of the Space.
January 2020, I was invited to join the Cushman & Wakefield Total Global Workplace
advisory team.
October 2020 I was featured in Asset magazine for the Interior design of Finastra and
post-Covid pandemic 'creating a compelling case for workplace regeneration - the
personal side of technology'.
December 2020, I published 'Gearing Toward a Health-Based Workplace' and 'How
Workplace Strategy Will Shape The Office Of The Future' .
