AUTHENTIC SELF
Given past experiences, many of us created a conditioned self that is not aligned with who we authentically
are. When we're young, we learn how to show up in the world to receive love from caregivers and others
important to us (i.e., your friends, partners, colleagues, etc.).
Over time, these patterns becomes our unconscious daily habits (or our habit self) of internal self-betrayal
