officer Pension Guwahati (Assam).

I the undersigned Ex- Official of Lumding MDG beg to approach you with this humble prayer in the hope that it
will meet with a kind and sympathetic consideration at your end.

That Sir, It is a matter of great surprise and regret to inform you that a considerable period has elapsed neither I
have been untimated regarding the subject above nor my ease is under process for final settlement by the documents
officer(P), Guwahati

Sir, The period of long silence regarding my arising problems from the aforesaid authority is appears that I have
been disheartend by high handedness of the foregoing authority and also I have been deprived of well established
policy of the deperforment.

Moreover I beg to draw your kind attention that the long pending issues such as a normaly in finantion of my
pension, arrear pays etc which are due to mine are yet to be settled and as a result of which it is very obvious that due
to lack of administration my arising problems cited above have been kept as unsettled or in the dark.

Sir, Unnecessary harassment on arising problems causes disappointment in me and also for which I the helpless
ex-official am being suffred by the unhumanire ground which can not be considred in maintaining the family members
and I am also passing my hard days with extreme hardship.

As the matter is of urgent nature so your immediate personal intermention in this respect is earnestly solicited
so as to meet the arising problems with a satisfactory result for which act of your kindness I shall remain ever grateful to
you.
