Daily Checklist 0p. 9-9:

FOR ISE MODULES ONLY: Start Wash Pump, Start Reference Pump
turn the lamp on (initialize the Analyzer)
remove condensation from cooled reagent segments
verify that the cooled positions are cooled by touching the segments
verify that the Reagent Preheater is warm to the touch
verify and record the temp of the Reaction Cuvette Temp Control (30/37 +/- 0.30C)
load new Cuvettes / unload used Cuvettes
fill the Water Container. Properly re-install the Water Gauge
empty the Waste Container
inspect the reagent Containers for leaks/cracks prior
verify sufficient reagent volume in the Containers
mix the reagents by gently inverting
place reagent Containers / verify correct placement
remove plugs from reagent Containers
FOR ISE MODULES ONLY: verify sufficient ISE Reference Solution & ISE Stabilizing Solution
FOR ISE MODULES ONLY: mix the ISE Stabilizing Solution by maually rocking the bottle
FOR ISE MODULES ONLY: check for dried salt deposits on Ref Solution Bottle, Waste Cup and tubing.

Installation Checklist:

Unpack the Instrument Instrument Set-Up

check packing list for all accessories remove shipping tape
un-box Analyzer install keyboard
attach handles unlock horizontal guides
place on level surface set-up rear panel fluidics
remove handles install probes
connect tubings to circle-T-fittings
- set-up ISE Tubing (rear)
- set-up ISE tubing (ISE module)
set-up printer
power analyzer ON
verify fluidics
- set-up ISE Module
perform chemistry runs
