Winner in this household! Thank you so much for this recipe. I added an
extra egg, no bacon, and cooked in our sandwich press. Oh and we
used a standard supermarket mayo and smoky bbq sauce.
Loved these. Very filling and leftovers will be great for lunchboxes.
Thankyou to Gorgeouscyd for the sauce recipe in the comments. Didn’t
have the rice bubbles or mayo but absolutely great without. Thanks
We really enjoyed this. So quick and easy. I omitted the rice bubbles
and bacon as I had none, but added some chopped salmon as I had
some leftover from some nori rolls. Was delish! Will make again
These were great! So easy, too. I’ve never had Japanese pancakes
before, but did a google, and your recipe came up. I left out the rice
bubbles, and bacon. Made an okonomiaki sauce: 3tbs ketchup, 1tbs
each of tamari, and Worcestershire. Yum! Now I need to get me some
Kewpie mayo for the next time. Thank you
These were easy and really good! I chopped the veg more as others
suggested and I also subbed the egg for Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer
(egg allergy household) and they were delicious.
