Winner in this household! Thank you so much for this recipe. I added an
extra egg, no bacon, and cooked in our sandwich press. Oh and we
used a standard supermarket mayo and smoky bbq sauce.

Really simple and delicious recipe. Thanks so much...

Great recipe, we are having this weekly at hubby's request. We do add

an extra egg just so it's for a better for us and we cook them on the flat
sandwich press which cooks them beautifully.

Loved these. Very filling and leftovers will be great for lunchboxes.
Thankyou to Gorgeouscyd for the sauce recipe in the comments. Didn’t

I've made this so many times and I always love it. So easy, tasty and
releatively healthy. I omit the bacon as I'm vegetarian, and it still tastes
fab. I serve it with just Kewpie and could live on this!

good, but in my opinion they need salt.

We really enjoyed this. So quick and easy. I omitted the rice bubbles
and bacon as I had none, but added some chopped salmon as I had
some leftover from some nori rolls. Was delish! Will make again

These were great! So easy, too. I’ve never had Japanese pancakes
before, but did a google, and your recipe came up. I left out the rice
bubbles, and bacon. Made an okonomiaki sauce: 3tbs ketchup, 1tbs
each of tamari, and Worcestershire. Yum! Now I need to get me some
Kewpie mayo for the next time. Thank you

These Vegetable Pancakes are sooooo easy to make. I was actually

These were easy and really good! I chopped the veg more as others
suggested and I also subbed the egg for Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer
(egg allergy household) and they were delicious.
