Place the safety eyes between round 4 and 5 with an

interspace of 6 stitches. Do not attach them yet. (c.1)

Now you are going to place the light brown part to the head:
The head has an oval shape. Fold it so you have a good view to
the middle.

Caution! It is important that you fold the head exactly as

picture c.2. (With the leftover yarn on the left)

Keep the round side towards you. Prick with your hook two
holes into the place where the eyes have to come. The eyes
have to come between round 12 and 13 with an interspace of 6
stitches. Shake a little bit with your hook into the holes to
c.2 make the holes bigger. Make sure the place of the eyes is in
the center of the head. (c.2)

Attach the eyes to the head. (c.3)

Stuff the head with fiber filling. Pin the light brown part to the
head and sew it to the head. Weave in the yarn ends. (c.4)

Pin this part around the upper side of the eyes and sew it on

Sewing the head to the body

Lay the head above the body (h.) Make sure the leftover yarn
tail is laying beneath the ear.
This is important, because the round side of the body
(monkey’s belly) has to be at the front side.
