Basic Function : Provides support services such as tasks that involve


expertise in a work process. Leads the delivery of
services in a work process/activity to maximize the
efficiencies/implementation of loans and claims
processing, timely dispensation of benefits and loan
proceeds, efficient and courteous customer care and
eservices to members and pensioners.

Competencies : Must have good communication skills; adept in data


analysis, project/program monitoring, business operations
and regulations.

and to ensure accurate financial statements.
