1A. Purpose of this assessment
This assessment will develop your skills and knowledge required to collaborate using digital
technologies and build business relationships.
Task A is a series of short answer questions that will test your understanding and knowledge
of collaborating using digital technologies and building business relationships.
Over Tasks B, C and D, you will identify and use digital technologies to collaborate, as well as
establish and improve build relationships.
NOTE: If you are using your own workplace, you must make sure you have access to
relevant documentation and resources. This includes:

If you wish to use your own workplace, you must discuss this with your trainer before
starting Tasks B-D. Make sure you receive approval from your trainer to use your own
