gas from Philco 18 Group of Companies. Barangay, Pulung Maragul Council ,
Angeles city is interested in establishing a mutually beneficial business
relationship with your esteemed company for the procurement of petroleum
products for our Motor Vehicle.

After careful consideration and research, we have identified Philco 18 Group of

Companies as a reputable and reliable supplier of Petroleum product. Your
commitment to quality and timely delivery align with our service values and
requirements.

To formalize our intent, we would like to initiate signing of agreement regarding

the terms and conditions you may provide. Our initial estimated monthly volume
of gas consumption for diesel and gas are 2431 liters and 2000 liters respectively.
However, we are open to further discussions to better align our needs with your
supply capabilities.

We are confident that a partnership with PhilCo 18 Group of Companies will be

mutually beneficial, and we look forward to the opportunity to discuss these
