    Dear Mr. Lara,

    We are submitting this letter with the intent to procure DIESEL your company is currently
    offering. General details of requirements are as follows as part of transaction;

     Estimated demand volume per month of 900K to 1.2M liters.


     Delivery location Daet, Camarines Norte. Private company.
     Delivery handling mode must via shipping barge. Company owned private port.
    o Covers the costing transportation and duties imposed at PPA & Customs.
     Net price should conform to the targeted cost saving in comparable to latest purchase
    diesel.
     Request to get supply and source capability.
     Minimum of 1 year contract upon conformance and final agreement.
     Open for discussion on all concern not included herein.

    The purchase intent is in accordance to the project definition and offering agreement between
    parties. Official offer and that all details would need to be negotiated and executed through a
    formal Purchase Agreement.
