Contract Termination Announcement

Dear Mr. _________,

Subject to the sub-clauses 3-1 and 4-1 of the above-mentioned contract, since our mutual
marketing efforts in Oman and Iraq as the target countries and also our negotiation with the
Iranian Central Oil Fields Company led to no progress, therefore regretfully we shall hereby
inform you that, the Contract is formally terminated.
In this regard, based on our latest accounting department's report, USD 87,200 has been
separately paid to your esteemed company to settle all of your dispatched approved invoices.
Evidently, from the date of this letter, no other invoice will be acceptable to proceed.
We hope that in future we can create fruitful cooperation with your company in other cases.
