Question number 1:
What is the Best Part of being a manager?
 As a MANAGER, if your team achieve goals, tasks according to requirements and
expectations of organization, you feel proud of yourself and team that you all together
achieved a milestone.
 On Personal level, if you align your mind and thinking in-accordance with
organizational goals, work hard with sheer commitment you get its reward from
organization.
 As a manager you can directly influence the Professional life of employees.

Example:
 While recruiting them, you are giving an opportunity to people to showcase their professional
skills. Employees act upon your strategies, learn from them as a result they get reward from
organization in the form of promotion or any other facilitation.

What is the worst part of being a Manager?

 Chances of personal development get less as there are subordinates under you. You have to
guide and instruct them. Have to keep an eye on their progress, take updates.
 As a team leader, you give most of your time to your subordinates.
 But if you work separately on a project. Chances are you may grasp new knowledge in less
time and more efficiently.

What’s the best management advice you have ever received?
 Prioritize and Delegate:
Learn to prioritize tasks and focus on high-impact activities that align with organizational goals.
Delegate tasks that can be handled effectively by others, allowing you to focus on strategic
objectives.
 Ethical Decision-Making:
Uphold strong ethical standards in all your decisions and actions. Lead with integrity,
transparency, and fairness, ensuring the organization's reputation and credibility are maintained.

Question 2
What it takes to be a good Decision maker?
 A good decision maker is a person who makes right choices in desperate times.
 He makes such Decisions that when a problem arises; they could be solved amicably.

Example
 There was this case that I remember that WE WERE DEALING WITH AN
AMERICAN ORGANIZATION. And we were giving the MOBILE FACILITY.
(Mobile sim)
 It was a limited that that after certain range sim would not work. They started to utilize
extra time on that and exceeded the Range and sim started to lag or either stopped
working after some time.
 Those Americans were high profile. And we could not take the risk to either lose them
and also to maintain the repute of the organization. It was a tough decision to make.
 The limit was fixed to 500 Riyals.
 Such decision has to be made that SIM SHOULD NOT BE BLOCKED, NOT TO LOSE
CUSTOMERS, MAINTAIN THE REPUTE, AND ALSO EARN PROFIT.

 We increased the limit slightly. And the extra bill over 500 riyals were to be extracted
from their salaries. To which they also agreed. Sims didn’t get blocked. And we also
earned profit without losing any customers.
