    Dear Father,

    Greetings!

    For the past five years, DWCL Music Ministry did not changed nor have new costume. The
    Music Ministry used and reused the old and existing costumes even there were changes in the
    member. Thus the costumes were faded and become dull due to the recurring repair to fit the
    sizes of chorale member. With this, I would like to request from your good office to approve the
    new proposed costume which will be first used in the Simbang Gabi on Dec. 15-23, 2023.
    Attached are the proposed designs and budget for Twelve (12) members and one (1) for choir
    master.

    COSTUMES:
    Girls [ P/ 1,000.00 x 11] = Php 11,000.00
    Boys [ P/ 500.00 x 10] = 5,000.00
    Choral Master [P/ 1,500.00 x 1] = 1,500.00

    TOTAL Php 22,500.00 ?
