Q) Brand Experience of a theatre ?

1) Before Purchase

Before purchasing the tickets for a movie we were deciding on which movie should we
see. We had 4 options which were Jailer, Jawan, The nun 2 and Dream girl 2.

2) During Purchase

So as we decided that Jawan was the movie that we are going to watch but we were
confused that should we go to the theatre and buy the tickets or buy it online as the movie was
just released and the show might get housefull. Though the tickets online were a bit more
expensive than the offline tickets because there were some extra charges levied.

3) After Purchase

So as it was a new movie and we wouldn’t get the tickets offline mode, we decided to get
our tickets through online mode via a third party app called book my show. The process online
was quite fast and hassle free, I selected my seats as per my preference and went to the payment
getaway and paid for the tickets via unified payment mode and confirmed my tickets.

4) Before Use

Before reaching the theatre it took me almost an hour to get there and after reaching
there though the movie was being played in a branded theatre like PVR there was a lot of rush on
the ticket counter for the tickets and the crowd was not been abled to be handled by the security
staff. Hence it was a smart deceision on booking the tickets online cause we got a chance to skip
the queue. We got into the theatre by getting ourselves frisked by the security.

5) During Use

So, once we got through the security check we went to screen 3 which was given on the
ticket though we were on time the theatre management people made us wait for sometime
outside the theatre cause they were cleaning the screen 3 room as there was a movie played right
before ours which caused a delay for the movie to start. The movie started 15 minutes after the
given time on the ticket. The theatre room was cold with the temperature. During the interval of
the movie we had gone to take some refreshments from the cinema hall canteen. The prices there
were too expensive but we had no other option but buy the expensive food available there.

6) After Use

After watching the movie it was quite fun me not being a sharukh fan still liked the movie.
The only drawback we didn’t like about this whole movie experience that the food in the cinema
hall was quite expensive.
