Skilled workers for Germany.

Providing societal benefit for Germany and the peoples country of origin.
• In Germany we have a hugh lack of skilled workers in
numerous job profiles (e.g. nursing, technicians, mecatronics,
building industry, hospilatlity,…).
• We are working together with countries with high youth
unemployment and where we are not causing a „brain drain“.
• Our focus is on two groups: Young people going into a
german vocational training and skilled workers with a foreign
qualification.
• For this people we offer a legal migration and a long term
perspective in Germany with a job guarantee.
• For the origin countries our program provides opportunities
for transfer payments, reliefe of social tensions and
strengthening of womens role in society.

As an education company we stay on the side of the people.
• WBS GROUP is an education company, not a recruiting agency.
• We provide a full service from one hand:
• Language and cultural training in the homecountry,
• a working contract with a german company,
• relocation,
• education and integration support in Germany,
• as well as further education in our 250+ sites in Germany or via learning from home.
• Our perspective is long-term educational business models, not short-term agency profits. With our own
training facilities and schools for various skill profiles and our contacts to thousands of german
companies we provide a job guarantee in Germany.
• As a common goods oriented company we are certified by ecogood.org. We are aiming at social impact.

PROGRAM.

Skilled workers for Germany.

Development and education mainly funded by german state and companies.
• Education - vocational training in general and some adaption qualifications - is funded by the
german government. Vocational trainees are receiving a salary from their employing company
during their 3 year vocational training.
• Skilled workers strongly funded by german companies with additional funding options of the
german government.
• Funding of language training has to come from the participants or other sources, like social
funds or international programs (e.g. for refugees), as the there is currently no funding from
german parties.
 We are currently searching for further funding options for the
participants during their preparation (job counseling, language, culture) in Jordan to
enable our program to more people.
