As a sales manager for M Anjum Portraits, our primary responsibility is to drive sales and
achieve revenue targets. Here are some common roles and responsibilities I have to look onto:

1. Business Sales Strategy: Develop and implement business sales strategies to increase revenue
and expand the customer base. We have set clear sales objectives and targets aligned with the
client’s goals and seasonal conditions.
2. Sales Planning and Forecasting: Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and sales
data to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans. Monitoring performance against targets and
taking corrective actions when necessary.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key
customers, art galleries, innovative designs, customer interaction and other relevant ways to
develop a relationship with customers and gain trust. Ensuring excellent customer service and
addressing to any issues or concerns promptly.
4. Lead Generation and Conversion: Identifying potential customers and generate leads through
various interactive posts using different online platforms. Implementing effective lead nurturing
strategies and tactics to convert links into sales.
5. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously reviewing and improving the sales process to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring sales performance and generating regular reports on
sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs and using
insights of the accounts. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
7. Collaboration with different online sellers: Collaborating closely with different sellers to align
sales and marketing efforts. Provide input on product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional
activities, and marketing campaigns.
8. Competitive Analysis: Staying updated on the competitive landscape and art trends.
9. Budgeting and Financial Management: Collaborating with the purchasing management team
to set sales budgets and effectively manage resources. Monitor sales expenses and ensure
adherence to the budget.
