GROUP 3:
 Advantages:
Recognize students’ shortcomings, learn from their peers' work, make constructive
contributions, comprehend the criteria and standards of assessment, and gain assessment skills.
 Disadvantage:
 Requires clear guidance, training, and support from the teacher.
 Sometimes learners can cheat.

Group 3:
Yes, I have. In vocabulary lesson, unit 1 –
lesson 1. In my class with students and
teachers.
After my lesson I have to do self-assessent
firs, then other teachers who observe me
give feedback to me.
- Advantage: I feel less presure when I did
self- assessment.
- Disadvantage: I can’t recognize all of my
mistakes.

Group 3:
Textbook: Family and Friends (National
edition)
Structure of each unit includes:
- Lesson 1: Words and story
- Lesson 2: Grammar
- Lesson 3: Words and song
- Lesson 4: Phonics
- Lesson 5: Skill time! (Reading)
- Lesson 6: Skill time! (Listening,
Speaking, writing)
We often do formative assessment after
each unit.
Techniques:
- Peer – assessment: teacher reads the
word, students write down on the paper
then students check vocabulary with
their friends.
- Teacher conference: after peer –
assessment, teacher gives sts feedback on
their paper.
- Self – assessment: after fishing the
handout students do self-assessment by
choosing emotional icons.
