    I am writing to formally request a leave of absence from my duties as a referee with


    the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) in Mati City for a period of one year.

    This request is due to personal commitments and work transition, which will hinder
    my active participation in the organization.

    I kindly request your understanding and support in this matter. I am confident that my
    temporary absence will not adversely affect the operations of the SBP in Mati City. I
    am dedicated to returning to my duties after the specified leave period and resuming
    my responsibilities as a referee.
