MEASURING CUPS
Is a kitchen utensil used primarily to measure the
volume of liquid or bulk solid cooking ingredients such
as flour and sugar, especially for volumes from about
50ml (2 FL oz) upward.
MEASURING SPOON
Is a spoon used to measure an amount of an
ingredients, either liquid or dry, when cooking
measuring spoons may be made of plastic, metal,
and other materials, They are available in many
sizes, including the teaspoon and tablespoon.
MIXING BOWLS
used for general mixing. They should
be large to allow for easy enough
mixing and rising in case of yeast
bread.

Is used to remove sticky ingredients

Is used in cooking meat and
vegetables as well as filling for pies,
bread, and other baked products.

Is used for scalding milk and cooking
the filling for cakes so that this do not
burn.
MUFFIN PAN
Gives muffins their round cupcakes
shape and uniform size. It is also used
for baking coffee cakes, clover leaf
rolls, fan, tans, and puffs.
CAKE PANS
Are used in baking cakes. They come in
different sizes and shapes such as round,
rectangular, square., loaf shaped, heart
shaped, and tube.
OVEN
Is a tool which is used to expose materials
to a hot environment. Ovens contain a
hollow chamber and provide a means of
heating the chamber in a controlled way.
MICROWAVE OVEN
Is a relatively small, boxlike oven that
raises the temperature of food by
subjecting it to a high frequency
electromagnetic field.
REFRIGERATOR
An equipment necessary in preventing bacterial
infections, it has special compartment for meat,
fruits and vegetables to keep the moisture content
of each type of food.
GARLIC PRESS
Also known as a garlic crusher, is a kitchen utensil
to crush garlic gloves efficiently by forcing them
through a grid of small holes, usually with some
type of piston.
CAN OPENER
Kitchen utensil that is used to
open or remove the top from a
metal can.
