One can bid for more than one Lot. The number of Lots to be bided for is
not restricted.
The Schedule for the site visits was communicated to the bidders and
attached to the pre-bid meeting minutes.
The Allocated Officers are to be contacted before travel. Transport to the
sites is to be borne by the bidder.
This is an error. The Bid validity is up to 30th April 2023.
This is an error in ITB 18.2. The bid security as stated in the advert and
on pages 4 and 5 in the bidding document is UGX 7,000,000 for Lot 5.
Yes. As stated in the bidding document. Bid securities will be in the form
of a bank draft and or a Bank Guarantee
The Power of Attorney can be general or specific to the assignment
provided they are valid.
