I am eager to take part in the Culinary Management course for the upcoming school year
2023-2024. I believe that I can express my skills and I have the potential that suits the

I already have previous learning experience with this course since freshmen year specially
with culinary fundamentals, kitchen essentials, cookery, and patisserie. Wherein I have
developed my skills in different areas such as skills in cooking, plating and food
presentation, and kitchen sanitation. Lastly, it also reinforced my skills with working with a
team, enhanced my communications and problem solving, and developed my
characteristic through ethics and good conduct.
