Programme Objectives
This course is designed to provide participants with:
■ understanding of latest knowledge about CSR (with reference to latest ISO 26000 guidelines);
■ tools and techniques to establish an practical CSR system program;
■ GRI framework of compiling quality CSR report (GRI approved materials);
■ knowledge on how to audit a CSR system effectively.

The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is a network-based organization that pioneered the world’s most widely used sustainability reporting
framework. The Reporting Framework sets out the principles and Performance Indicators that organizations can use to measure and report

Lectures will be delivered in Cantonese, while handouts will be primarily in English.
Certification
Participants with attendance rate of at least 75%; who pass the examination and group project assignment will be awarded the following
2 certificates:
■ Professional Diploma on Certified CSR Officer Training
(jointly issued by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and SGS Hong Kong Limited.)
■ GRI Certification in Sustainability Reporting
Programme Content
This programme consists of following modules, 1 mid-term examination and 1 project session, totaling 60 hours.
■ Stakeholder Engagement
■ Understanding Stakeholder Engagement in relation to sustainability and CR business strategy
■ Outlines the main activities in the reporting process with practical workshop
■ Case Sharing
