Brief Job Description of Employee:
Responsibilities:

 Supervision for loading the trucks/ Container.


 Preparation of Transit/ Export documents, Dispatch, Export Invoice generation.
 To report Environmental deviation /incidents.
 To follow GMP in Warehouse & Maintain GMP records.
 Responsible to ensure the complete training activities within the individual department.
 Responsible to ensure that all the employees have been completed the training on relevant
operating procedures, cGMP training programs
 Responsible to conduct successive follow-up trainings within the department.
 Responsible to coordinate with external service providers/vendors/ to provide training on GMP,
Personnel Hygiene, Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practices wherever applicable/ in
case of any GMP activities were carried by them.
 Responsible to maintain list of certified trainers within the department.
 Responsible to ensure the trainings has been carried as per annual schedule for employees,
permanent work men (PWM) & contract work men (CWM).
 Responsible for evaluation of training needs of the employees wherever applicable.
 Responsible for identification of training needs and competency matrix for all the department
employees
 To perform investigation in case of any deviation with respect to training and to the
SOP/QA/006
 Preparation of Internal/External audits/ Inspections, observation and regulatory.
 To ensure all warehouse transaction as per SOP and statutory norms.
 To develop, Implement and maintain the EMS and OHSAS under the direction of the
Management Representative.
 Act as the pollution Prevention, Accident Prevention, Waste minimization and Energy team
wherever applicable.
 Preparation of SOP, feeling change control and deviation for warehouse operation.
 Understand, Train, Implement and follow the OCP for preventing, reducing or eliminating the
significant aspects and risks in respective area.
 Reporting immediately on non-conformance, incident and documenting the same.
 To initiate change control and deviation for warehouse procedures and preparation of SOPs
 To maintain system procedure including those for emergency response.
 To do the identification of Environmental aspects and Safety Hazards, determining significance,
establishing environmental objects and targets and creating EMP and Safety management
Program for Warehouse section.
 Checking and Receipt of Finished goods from packing department in to warehouse.

per EOHSMS such as work permits, OCP, work instructions etc.
 Implement and follow Objective, Target and Management Program.
 To involve in firefighting.
 To follow instructions of Incident controller during emergency

 To sign documents like SOP, qualification protocols etc.
 To reject vehicle if found in damaged condition for loading.
 To stop unsafe act in the factory premises.
 To issue work permit.
 To authenticate excise invoice and dispatch documentation.
Accountability:
 Arrangement of material as warehouse management system.
 To maintain and control warehouse inventory and stock as per books stock.
 Timely preparation of excise documents for on time delivery of goods to destination.
 To comply all responsibilities as assigned.
 Storage conditions of chemicals and oils as per MSDS requirements
 Proper storage and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes
