OBJECTIVES

General Objective:
After 4 hours of Skills Laboratory, I will be able to develop my intellectual,
personal and professional abilities in relation towards EDD, AOG, OB PA, and
Hospital Forms with the respective cognitive, psychomotor and affective goals.

Specific Objectives: Within 4 hours, I will be able to:

Cognitive:
1. Comprehend multiple practices, definition, purpose and the materials that
are used and necessary for understanding the EDD, AOG, OB PA and
Hospital Forms.
2. Classify the importance of the concepts regarding the purpose and goals of
the EDD, AOG, OB PA and Hospital forms in which it delivers a purpose for
needs and interventions.
3. Employ the different settings in which nurses are fitted towards the
concepts of medical care in relation towards the EDD, AOG, OB PA and
hospital forms as the purpose, principles and things to remember in the
hospital setting.
4. Develop a keen level of perception towards the EDD, AOG, OB PA, and
Hospital Forms and branched out each concept.
5. Assemble each formulated EDD, AOG, OB PA and Hospital forms setting
which concludes towards the evaluation process of providing nursing care
towards to the patient.

Psychomotor:
1. Demonstrate in proper manner on how to these processes are applied
following the purpose, skills and steps and format in making a EDD, AOG,
OB PA and Hospital forms in actual practice environment.
2. Calculate exact and proper demonstration of the data collection in doing
the EDD, AOG, OB PA and Hospital forms.
3. Show the capabilities of skills towards assessing information of data
fathering, formulation of plans as well as actual practice applied; in a
prepares situation environment with exposure to a client.
4. Organize the set plan of action towards data collection, that follows the
EDD, AOG, OB PA and Hospital forms and procedures in-between.
5. Conduct an integrated and comprehensive goals for the holistic care
intervention towards the nursing practice, as well as construct a set of
nursing care action plans.

Affective:
1. Listen to the discussion of contentious matters with an open mind.
2. Discuss the specific knowledge learned and objectives moving forward in
the discussions, as well as any lessons not fully understood.
3. Share definitive concepts of the data gathering process, including the EDD,
AOG, OB PA and Hospital setting and the characteristics.
4. Display clear and attentive thoughts of facts, ideas, and personal
knowledge that limit one's capacity to practice and perform in the domains
of information that they are provided with responding to new shared
information.
5. Participate in the lectured assessment on how the EDD, AOG, OB PA and
Hospital setting, including how one can understand and comprehend the
rigorous process.
