1. Who were the members of the propaganda movement?

 The prominent members are Jose Rizal, Graciano Lopez Jaena, Antonio Luna
,Marciano Ponce, Dominador Gomez, Jose Maria Panganiban and Marcelo
H. Del Pilar.
2. Why was the propaganda movement organized?

 Propaganda movement reform and national consciousness movement that arose


among young filipino expatriates in the late 19th century.
 Although it adherts expressed loyalty to the Spanish colonial government,
Spanish authorities harshly repressed the movement and excuted its most
prominent member, jose rizal

3. What were the two causes why the propaganda was failure ?

 The propaganda movement did not succeed in it pursuit of reforms. the colonial
government didn’t agree to any of its demands. Spain itself was undergoing a lot
of internal problems all that time, which could explain why the mother coutry
failed to head the filipinos petitions.

 The propaganda movement when rizal has been arrested.

 Encomenderous made unreasonable demands of the native Peruvians who live on


their lands. Working excessively or demanding tribute of crops that could not be
grown on the land.

 Because it both reforms religion and government in the Philippines. And it served
as the voice of what became known as the Propaganda movement.

 They used the triangle system .the katipunero in the triangle took in two new
members who did not know each other but knew the katipunero.
