reg. Revision of rates of Honorarium to the Chairperson/ Member of thq complaint
committee & management representative. .

2. The management has decided to define the rate of honorarium being pdid to
external membel of the.. Interna-l Compliarrt Committee (ICC) under the Sexual
Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2O13, as
mentioned below:

An honorarium of Rs. 4OOO/- will be paid to external member of the Interna-l

Compliant Committee (lCC) per day per inquiry for attendirig inquiry
proceedings/rheeting subject to a maximum payment for five (5) proceedings i.e.
Rs 2O,OOO/- or actua.l, per case, whichever is less.
11. Travelling expense will be paid as per actual- expenditure incurred, on
production of bill subiect to a maximum of @ Rs. 24 /klrr, travelled by, hired
vehicle or by own vehicle, as the case may be.
