SUB: - Volunteer for posting ofATM manPower to Surat & Pithoragarh in Transfer-

Madam/Sir,

Certain vacanciB have come up at Surat Airport [due to proposed_H24 operations) and Pithoragarh
Airport in ATM Dte. lt has been directed to fillxp these vacancies in Transfer-2021.

Volunteers in following grades a4e being sought:

Surat Airport - DGM/AGM/SM/MGR/AM/IE

Pithoragarh Airport.[2-year tenure) - AM/JE

Due to time-criticality, the Competent Ruthority has agreed to call for volunteers for fiIling up the'
vacancies.

The following points may also be brought to the notice ofall concerned officers:-

i) ATC pfficers volunteering for the abovemention€d station[s) are required to submit the completed
. Transfer proforma to the respective ATS ln-Charge. The transfer proforma is being attached again
. for ready reference.

ii) Applications received without prgforma/forwarding/ recommendation will nqr: be accepted

iii) ATCOs posted at IGIA New Delhi, Chennai, CSIA Mumbai and Kolkata are required to provide the
stream allocated to them in the proforma

ivJ Advance copy ofapplication need not be sent to CHQ by applicint, the same shall not be accepted.

v) Officers volunteering for Surat and/or Pithoragarh are required to speci$/ the duration they would
Iike to volunteer at these stations. If any officer is volunteering for longer stay, then he/ihe may
be given preference.

vi) As far as possible, preference

will be given to officers who are senior as per Tenure seniority lis!
however, overall balancing will also be taken into consideration l'.e., whether manpower can be
spared from the station without substitutes.

vii) Officers are to note that though the posting would be done mid-season, they would be required to
complete the stipulated stay as per AAI rules.

viii) officers are requested to make a note of contents ofrelevant CHRM including CHRM 53/2020 &
CHRM 53(al/2020, regarding "Outside influence in Service Matters- A Willful Misconduct".

ix) Individuals are advised not to communicate directly to the O/o ED(ATM) & ATM-HRD section
regarding matters pertaining to transfer/exemption.

x) ATC officers who are already under order of transfer or have been exempted from tenure
transfer due to operational requirement are instructed not to apply.

The ATS In-Charges, are requested to forward the scanned applications along with their
recommendations by 05-11-2021 to this office via email to atmtransfers@aai.aero with subiect
"Volunteer for posting to Surat & Pithoragarh in Transfer- 2021".

For officers posted at CHQ/RHQ/ ATSTO/CARO, the concerned HoD /section In-charge are also
requested to forward the application via email only.

The original applications shall be retained in the office of GM (AERO-RegionJ/ GM (ATMJ.

No hard copies of proforma are to be sent to ED IATMJ/GM (ATM-HRD), CHQ.

Alt ATS ln-Charges/ HOD/ Section-heads are once again requested not to accept of forward request of
officers already under oftransfer for change ofposting at this stage in response to this letter.
