Advanced and Slow Learners Special remedial classes are arranged for advanced learners
(with exceptional performance in the class test and good
response in the class) and slow learners (students requiring
special care for better performance)
Mentor-Mentee Classes Mentor-Mentee classes are arranged by the department so
that the students may speak with the teachers on a more
personal and intimate note and share their problems.
Teachers try their best to resolve these problems to their best
capacity.
Add-On Course A short 20-hour long add-on course on “How to Develop
English Speaking Skill for Interviews and Aptitude Tests”
was organized by the department between 10.07.2023 and
13.07.2023. Most of the UG (currently Semesters III and V)
and PG (currently Sem III) students attended the course. By
the end of the course, an exam was conducted and the
participants were given certificates.
Parents-Teachers Meets Parents-Teachers meets are regularly arranged by the
department
Extra-curricular Activities Students are always encouraged to take part in cultural and
other extra-curricular activities (music, dance, debate,
drama, recitation, sports, poster competition, slogan writing,
creative writing, photography competition etc.)
Cultural Programmes Freshers’ welcome, teachers’ day celebration, farewell
ceremony etc.
Grievance Redressal Students can easily submit their grievances online, and
special meetings are arranged for their redressal
Students’ Feedback Students submit their feedback on the appraisal of their
teachers
Departmental Notice All important notices are communicated in WhatsApp
groups as well as through the departmental notice board
Job Opportunities Students often participate in different job drives organized
by the Placement Cell of the college (companies like
Amazon, TCS, Accenture etc.)
Projects Students have to submit projects on various topics during
the Internal tests
